Proofing & Content
Your cards will not be printed until you are 100% happy with the final design. We will send you a low-resolution proof via email for approval for you to carefully check.
You will then have the opportunity to let us know about any changes you would like to make. We allow up to 3 sets of changes within our pricing, it you require more, you may be charged an additional $5.00 per alteration.
A final proof will be sent to you for approval before the cards are printed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all text and content are correct before approving the artwork for printing. Once approved by the customer, the files are immediately sent for printing.
Colours may vary slightly due to the printing process and variations on individual's computer screen settings.
Please send high resolution, 300dpi photographs for use on your cards. Low-resolution images will produce an inferior result. We will contact you if we believe the photos are not of a high enough standard.
As part of our service, we perform basic photo retouching free of charge, such as eliminating red-eye & blemishes, and overall colour and brightness improvement.
InkPink Design will not accept any responsibility for customers' text. Derogatory or abusive language will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject orders if such language is used.
Postage & Handling
All Shipping within Australia is via Australia Post Express Post at a flat rate of $8.95 per order.
Delivery is usually between 7 - 10 working days, but can often be faster. If you need your order urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to get your photo cards to you as soon as possible.

We provide safe and sturdy packaging to ensure your cards arrive in perfect condition. Despite our best efforts, damage may happen in transit. Once the parcel is posted, it is out of our control, however, please contact us and return any damaged goods via post and we will discuss replacement options.
