InkPink Design takes your privacy seriously. We would like to reassure you that your personal information will not be used in any way except to fulfil your order and for communication between you and InkPink Design.
We will act as required under the Privacy Act with the information provided. None of the information we collect will be sold to any third party. Any information collected will only be used for the purposes for which it was given to us by the user.
We will never give, sell, or share your name, address, e-mail address or any other personal information you provide to us to any company, organisation or individual for any reason whatsoever. We will never mail any promotional articles to you unless you sign up for our newsletters or mailing lists yourself.
When you submit your photos to us, you are allowing us to use them for the purpose of creating your cards and for our marketing purposes only. We ask for your permission on our order form for us to showcase your photo card design for marketing purposes. It may be displayed on our website, business cards, brochures, free sample cards, newsletters mailing materials, and other marketing products. All personal information (names, addresses, telephone number etc) will always be changed for your privacy. If you do not wish for your photographs and/or designed card to be used for marketing purposes, please check the box on the order form that tells us you will not allow it and we will respect that wish.
Recording your email address
We will only record your email address if you send us a message. It will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to our mailing list. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it to anyone else without your consent.
Collecting personal information
There are forms on this site that you can use to request more information from us. When we require you to enter personal information, we will only do so to respond to your request.
