   Our Products & How to Order

 

Our cards are printed just like a photo on archive quality photographic paper. The quality and weight of the cards are perfect for all types of invitations, announcements & greeting cards. This allows us to ensure your design is printed in photographic quality.

Photo cards come in 2 main sizes:

  • 6" x 4" (15cm x 10cm)
  • 7" x 5" (18cm x 13cm)

Because they are printed just like a photo, your cards are unlikely to be thrown away after the event because your guests have nowhere to keep them - they can be slotted into the family photo album to be cherished as a beautiful keepsake of the occasion.

Optional Extras
When you purchase any InkPink photo invitations or announcements, you will also receive quality white envelopes, which are included in the price. Other items or services that you may wish to purchase additionally are:
1. Magnets are adhesive strips which stick onto the back of your cards so that your guests can place them on the fridge so they won't forget your special occasion. Magnets are 20 cents each. This is what the magnet looks like on the back of the cards.

2. Folding Photo Cards are for when you want to make your invitation extra special, or a little more formal, for occasions such as a wedding or for Christmas greeting cards. They can be used in horizontal or vertical format. The photo simply slots into the front of the card and you can write or print directly onto the inside of the card. These cards are $1.00 each. If you would also like a cost for printing on the inside of the cards, please contact us for a quote.

3. Personalisation - A Personalised Guest List adds your guest's names (or other personalised details) to the cards. Email us your guest list and we will personalise your cards for 50 cents each.

How to Order

  1. Select your favourite design
  2. Submit your details including quantity, extras, invitation text
  3. Email your photos to inkpink@optusnet.com.au
  4. Make your payment - you will receive an email directing you to PayPal or with details for a direct bank deposit
  5. You will receive a proof for approval within 1 - 3 working days of payment and photos being received
  6. Once approved, your cards will be printed and posted via Express Post.
  7. You will receive your item in the mail within 7-10 working days from your initial order date

Payment
We offer PayPal for online payments. You can make secure Visa and MasterCard payments in this way. You do not require a PayPal account to use this service. When paying you will be directed from an email to a payment page on PayPal. Direct Bank Deposits can be arranged on request.

Proofing & Content
Your cards will not be printed until you are 100% happy with the final design. We will send you a low-resolution proof via email for approval for you to carefully check.
You will then have the opportunity to let us know about any changes you would like to make. We allow up to 3 sets of changes within our pricing, it you require more, you may be charged an additional $5.00 per alteration.
A final proof will be sent to you for approval before the cards are printed. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all text and content are correct before approving the artwork for printing. Once approved by the customer, the files are immediately sent for printing.
Colours may vary slightly due to the printing process and variations on individual's computer screen settings.
Please send high resolution, 300dpi photographs for use on your cards. Low-resolution images will produce an inferior result. We will contact you if we believe the photos are not of a high enough standard.
As part of our service, we perform basic photo retouching free of charge, such as eliminating red-eye & blemishes, and overall colour and brightness improvement.
InkPink Design will not accept any responsibility for customers' text. Derogatory or abusive language will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject orders if such language is used.

 
     

Postage & Handling
All Shipping within Australia is via Australia Post Express Post at a flat rate of $8.50 per order.

For International shipping, please contact us for a quote or you can arrange an order through our sister store in the USA, Cards by Jeannine

We provide safe and sturdy packaging to ensure your cards arrive in perfect condition. Despite our best efforts, damage may happen in transit. Once the parcel is posted, it is out of our control, however, please contact us and return any damaged goods via post and we will discuss replacement options.
