It usually takes between 7 - 10 working days maximum, although it is often much faster. Once we have received your order details, photographs & your payment we will commence your design and email you a proof for approval within 1 - 3 working days. Once you have approved the final design, your cards will be printed & shipped via Express Post within 2 working days. What do the printed cards look like? TOP
The finished cards are either 6 x 4 inch (15 x 10cm) or 7 x 5 inch(18 x 13cm) photo prints, featuring your own invitation or announcement details and photographs in the design of your choice. By default, we always print a Lustre finish (also called matte finish) as this usually gives a better quality end result and is less susceptible to fingerprints and marks than gloss. The paper stock we use is premium quality Fuji film Crystal or Kodak Archive Paper. We also offer an option to mount your prints onto textured white flat or folding white card or you can nominate to have them printed onto 300gsm cardstock for an additional price per card to cover the extra cost involved. The back of our cards will have a small sticker at the bottom with our business name, website and email address to protect our copyright. Can I order any extra accessories? TOP
You can order the following invitation accessories and extras:
- Adhesive magnets
- Personalised individual guest names on each card
- Printing to cardstock instead of standard photo paper
- Mounting onto Flat or Folding textured white card. The folding version comes with printing in black and white for inside the card if required.
Do you accept returns or cancellations? TOP
Once you have given your final approval for the design to go ahead, we send them off for printing at once. Once sent, we cannot stop the print process, so unfortunatley we are not able to accept cancellations to an order once we pass this stage. We go to great lengths to ensure our packaging techniques minimise the possibility of any damage in transit, however, if your cards are damaged in any way when you receive them, please return them via post and contact us and we will arrange reprinting and shipping of a replacement order to you. Why is there a colour difference? TOP
Some slight colour variations may occur between what appears on you computer monitor and the final printed product. This is due to everybody's monitor settings being slightly different and printer calibration variances. We print with only professional lab equipment onto archive quality photo paper in order to reproduce as close as possible, the colours that you see on your screen during the approval process. Can I use Professional Photos? TOP
Most professional photos have a copyright owned by the photographer. You may only use professional photos if you have the full rights to use them. Usually this is the case if you have purchased the photos on a CD or DVD, however, if you only have printed versions of the photo, you need to have the photographers permission to reproduce them in any way. Please ask your photographer for a release form before sending them for use in our cards. Can I email my invitations to guests? TOP
Please ask us for an email version of your final design if you would like to send them out to your guests electronically. We will send you a screen resolution version to use for this purpose. This version will not be suitable for printing. Can I use a design for a different occasion to the one listed? TOP
Yes, any of our designs are completely adaptable to suit various occasions. For example, you can choose one of our Birthday designs and have it altered to suit a Christening invitation or a Thank You card. Can I change the colour scheme of a design? TOP
All designs are available in the colours as seen in the examples or you can choose any colours that you wish for. Can you make my photos black and white or sepia? TOP
Yes, we use a special photo technique to convert a colour image to black and white or sepia while retaining the vibrancy of the photo. We do not simply desaturate your photo until it's a grey scale image, as this sometimes flattens and dulls the look of the photo. |
