Inkpink’s designs may not be sold, copied, reproduced or altered without the prior written permission of InkPink Design. This site contains original graphics designed to inspire you, so please do not steal as karma is real!
Professional Photography Disclaimer
Any photograph submitted to InkPink Design must not have any copyright restrictions upon it. InkPink Design will not be responsible for any copyright infringements for any photographs being submitted by a customer without the copyright holder’s permission. Please ask your photographer for a release form prior to submitting your photos to InkPink Design. If you have purchased your professional photographs on a CD or DVD, you will most likely have permission to reproduce these, however, please check with your photographer first, as InkPink Design will not accept responsibility for breach of copyright in such cases.
Privacy
Your personal details are kept confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party.
Prices & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notification. All are displayed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. We accept direct deposit bank transfer and PayPal (MasterCard & Visa payments available). You do not need to be a member of PayPal to make payment via this service. InkPink requires payment in full prior to the commencement of your design. No refunds will be given after commencement.
Delivery
Please allow 7 – 10 working days from your order placement date to receiving your cards in the mail. Your response time to order confirmation emails, the time it takes to clear funds, proof approval, changes, final approval and Australia Post, are all factors influencing the time it takes for you to receive your product. Photo collages may take up to 14 working days before you receive your prints in the mail. This is due to the complexity of the design work involved and longer print processing times for larger sizes.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. InkPink Design cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays and damages. We use Express Post, which allows limited tracking of the parcel and guaranteed next day delivery to most capital cities in Australia and within Victoria. For other areas, please allow up to 3 working days delivery. If you would like Registered Post, please let us know in the comments/special instructions section of your order form and we will requote your postage charge.
For international deliveries we use the Australia Post International Registered Post system. Please contact us for a delivery quote. Alternatively, you can visit our sister store in the USA to place your order for any design you see at Cards by Jeannine
Proofs
A low-resolution, watermarked digital proof of your card will be sent to you via email. Please check your proof carefully to ensure you are 100% happy with the layout and the text. Once a proof is sent to print no refunds or changes can be made except by reprinting the order. If this is required, you will be charged for a new set of prints. Orders will not be sent to print without your approval. We allow for up to 3 sets of changes/alterations to your design (each proof can have as many amendments as required). Any additional changes may be charged at $5 per proof.
Some slight colour variations may occur between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. This is due to different computer monitor settings (every one’s monitor is slightly different) and printer calibration variances. We print with only professional lab equipment onto archive quality photo paper in order to reproduce as close as possible, the colours that you see on your screen during the approval process.
Errors
Please check your proofs for errors, spelling and grammar, dates, phone numbers etc to ensure the content is 100% correct before giving approval to InkPink Design for printing. Once a card has been sent for printing (usually immediately following approval), the process cannot be halted and any new prints that are required, with the new alterations, will be charged.
